Understanding the process of birth is an act of caring about women.
Simple as that. When we take the time to learn and truly understand what goes on for mother and baby during pregnancy and labor/delivery, we strengthen our relationships to ourselves, our communities, and our wellbeing. Dr. Kristen Brush's class will not only be for the expecting, but for anyone who is looking to deepen their understanding of how our bodies adapt before, during, and after birth.
We can't wait to see you there! Come prepared to learn & ask questions. Dr. Kristen is here for you!
