Important reminder for appointment times!

With school starting back up and fall schedules shifting into place, we could all use a reminder to give ourselves some extra time when getting to our appointments!
Please take care to arrive on time for your session at BPHAC. Your appointment time is reserved for you, and your practitioner relies on those first 15 minutes of your appointment to ensure your treatment is progressing as planned, and that you are receiving the best care possible.
If you will be more than 5-10 minutes late to arrive, please call the office to let us know. We may have to reschedule your appointment in order to keep the day flowing smoothly for our practitioners and other scheduled patients. Patients are responsible to pay the full cost of the missed appointment, or for any appointments cancelled with under 24 hours notice.

Make sure to check if you can get reimbursed from insurance!
While our services are currently out-of-pocket, don't forget that we accept HSA and FSA cards for your appointments, as well as MVA/No-Fault Insurance for acupuncture. We also highly recommend finding out if you can get reimbursed for out-of-network appointments! You can do so below;
